Questions, bugs and ideas all go to the developer directly.
It helps to include what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. For a crash, a freeze or anything slow, open Salita’s Settings, tap Export diagnostics and attach the file. It holds the app and iOS versions, your iPhone model, the crash and hang reports iOS gave Salita, and Salita’s own log from the current session (import counts and error messages). It has no routes, heart rate or other health data.
Testing a beta? You can also send feedback from TestFlight: take a screenshot in Salita, tap its thumbnail, tap Done, then Share Beta Feedback.
Common questions
How do I get my activities into Salita?
Connect Apple Health in the first-run setup and Salita brings in your past workouts. If you skipped it, tap Connect Apple Health in Salita’s Settings, then Import history. To add a Strava history, request your archive from Strava’s account settings, save the ZIP to Files, and choose Import Strava export in Salita’s Settings. To add a GPX or FIT file, tap + in the feed and choose Upload file.
Salita says Apple Health is connected but finds no workouts
iOS doesn’t tell apps when Health access is turned off, so Salita can look connected without being able to read anything. Open the Health app, tap your profile picture, then Apps under Privacy, then Salita, and tap Turn On All. Then go back to Salita’s Settings and tap Import history.
What comes back when I restore an iCloud backup?
Your activity list, names, edits, labels, goals, segments and saved routes come back straight away. Maps, heart rate and power aren’t stored in iCloud, so they return when you reconnect Apple Health and import your Strava export again, in that order. You’ll also re-enter your weight, FTP and heart rates in Settings, since body stats aren’t backed up either.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app deletes everything it stored on your iPhone. If you’ve used iCloud backup, tap Delete iCloud Backup in Salita’s Settings first to remove the copy in iCloud too. Salita keeps nothing anywhere else; the Privacy Policy covers what TestFlight shares with us.
